Sole Repair Shop

The Sole Repair Shop is a where “chic” meets “industrial”. Located in the Capital Hill neighborhood, you would never guess what is hidden behind garage door exterior on the street. While the venue was used as an actual sole repair facility throughout the early 1900s, it was renovated to its current modern-industrial glory.

Block 41

Located in the heart of downtown Seattle, Block 41 is a newly renovated former ice warehouse featuring 3 indoor spaces on the 2 levels (plus a beautiful outdoor courtyard). Designed by award-winning architecture firm Graham Baba, with the help of several local artists, this industrial chic venue highlights the beauty of Seattle.

Guest Capacity – Total building capacity of 720+ standing, 622 seated. Choose one of the 3 separate spaces to fit your guest list (and budget).
Features – Indoor and outdoor spaces, walkable area close to restaurants and bars, ability to bring in a food truck

JM Cellars

Guest Capacity – 170 total. 65 downstairs, 105 upstairs.

Volunteer Park Conservatory

Located in the heart of Seattle, Volunteer Park is an Emerald City staple! In the early 1900s, the Victorian-style greenhouse design and framework was shipped via railway as a kit from New York. Modeled after beautiful, grand European conservatories, many of the same portions of the original building still stand today. With several location options within the property, the toughest feat will be narrowing it down to just one!
